Hotel Atlantico Travel Copacabana Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro

I felt like the hotel was nicely situated, not far from Copacabana beach and nestled in a very safe area. I had a cozy room with a view of Corcovado, though I found the taste of the food to be quite horrifying. The service, initially rude due to a reservation mix-up, eventually improved, especially with the night shift's attentiveness. The hotel had a lovely pool, but I wish the pastries were truly outstanding. The price seemed fair, and it's great to have cable TV in the rooms.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, with enough space to open our 2 suitcases. However, the view from our room was disappointing, as it was squeezed between three walls. The service started off on the wrong foot with some staff being rude due to a reservation mix-up, but the night shift employees were helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, metro, shops, and restaurants. The dining options were a hit and miss, with good pastries but disappointing food quality. Despite some ups and downs, the facilities were decent.
